These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions under which Morihiro Co., Ltd. (registered in Japan as モリヒロ株式会社, "we," "us," or "the Company") provides the application(s) and services described below (each, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The following provisions apply to all services we provide. For matters specific to a particular service, please see the service-specific section below.
These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the Company arising from your use of the Service.

You may register for the Service using the method we provide, including signing in with a Google Account or Apple ID.
The Service is generally intended for users aged 13 and older. If a user under 13 uses the Service, they should do so with the consent of, and through an account managed by, a parent or guardian.
We may decline a registration request if the applicant has provided false information, has previously violated these Terms, or if we otherwise determine that registration is not appropriate.
You are responsible for properly managing your account.
You may not transfer or lend your account to any third party under any circumstances.
You must not engage in any of the following while using the Service:
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activity
Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or any third party
Impersonating another user
Harassing, defaming, or posting obscene content directed at other users, or other disruptive conduct
Placing an excessive load on the Service's network or systems
Acts that may interfere with our operation of the Service
Unauthorized access, or attempts at unauthorized access
Using information obtained through the Service beyond the purposes for which the Service is intended
Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
If we determine that content you have entered within the Service, such as a profile or comment, violates the preceding article, we may remove that content without prior notice to you.
If you find inappropriate content from another user, please contact us through our contact form. You may also disconnect from a specific user using the feature provided within the Service if you no longer wish to be connected with them.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice in any of the following cases:
When performing maintenance or updates to the Service's systems
When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster
When we otherwise determine that providing the Service has become difficult
We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Service, including warranties of safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising in connection with the Service.
We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between you and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
We may change the content of the Service or discontinue it without prior notice to you.
We may amend these Terms without prior notice when we determine it is necessary. The amended Terms take effect once posted on the Service, unless we specify otherwise.
These Terms are written in Japanese as the original text. Translations into English or other languages are provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered head office location.
This section describes matters specific to "Ohayooo," the app we provide. Where not addressed here, the common provisions above apply.
Ohayooo is a service designed for exchanging daily greetings ("ohayo") with other users you have added as "friends."
You may connect with other users as "friends" by issuing or entering an invite code.
You may disconnect from a friend at any time using the feature provided within the app.
The basic features of Ohayooo are available free of charge. If we add paid features in the future, we will separately define and announce their content and terms of use.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile information, friend (pairing) information, and ohayooo history. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
